Store Operator & Acceptance

Zoventaro™ is owned and operated by Wuhan Chushengtong Trading Co., Ltd. References to “Zoventaro™,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the store operator. “You” and “your” refer to a customer, visitor or other user. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable store policies.

Eligibility

To make a purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter a binding transaction where you live.

Customer Accounts

Where account functionality is available, customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information supplied through their account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, weight information, photographs and specifications accurately. Product appearance can vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, material characteristics and normal manufacturing variation. Customers should review product-specific information before ordering.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability may change from time to time. The applicable price, available discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable and final order total are shown before payment is submitted. If a clear pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment to resolve the issue.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may decline, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary because of inventory, payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, legal restrictions, pricing errors or other legitimate operational reasons.

Payment

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment services may apply their own security, verification and privacy procedures.

Discounts & Promotions

Promotional codes, discounts or special offers may be subject to stated eligibility conditions, start and end dates, product restrictions, usage limits or other offer-specific terms. Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Zoventaro™ normally processes and dispatches orders within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carriers, weather, transportation disruption, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Customers must contact customer support before sending merchandise. Approved refunds are normally processed by Zoventaro™ within 5–10 business days. Full requirements are described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Proper Use of Garden Products

Zoventaro™ products should be used for their intended purpose and according to applicable product instructions. Customers should consider the product's intended task, dimensions, environment and other relevant use conditions. Garden tools, planters, watering products and related equipment should be inspected regularly for damage, wear, loose components or other conditions that may make continued use inappropriate.

Brand & Content

Zoventaro™ branding, written content, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation and other protected materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

Third-Party Services

The store may depend on services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising providers and other third parties. Independent third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store, website and related services are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from store use or product purchase where such liability can lawfully be limited. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when business, legal, operational or service requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when posted, subject to applicable law.
